- All monthly membership classes have a 4 hour cancellation policy. If a class is not attended, or is cancelled with less than 4 hours notice, the session will be charged in full

Before signing up to a monthly membership subscription with Shake & Shuffle, please ensure that you have read these Terms and Conditions thoroughly. By purchasing a Shake & Shuffle membership subscription, you are confirming that you have read these Terms and agree to be bound by them. These Terms constitute a membership contract between you (the Client) and us (Shake & Shuffle).

All memberships are non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be frozen or extended.



The minimum membership contract is 2 months (or as per the contract agreement). You will pay a monthly fee (as per membership option) which will debit your account automatically on the first day of every month.


Shake & Shuffle reserves the right to review and change membership fees. We will give you 30 days written notice of any changes. If your membership comes to an end and you start it again, your new membership fee will be charged at the prevailing rate at the time of the renewal. If you fall behind with your membership fees and this is not caused by a bank error, we reserve the right to suspend or cancel your membership.


Teachers may be substituted for another suitably qualified teacher at the discretion of Shake & Shuffle. As we are still providing a class with the same content and quality, refunds will not be granted in the event of Teacher Substitution.


Classes can only be booked using one of the Membership options via our MindBody booking system. Once a class is booked, a credit is deducted from your account. Classes may be cancelled at least 4 hours before the start of the class via the app or website otherwise the class credit will be forfeited. Account credits will only be returned to your account for cancellations within policy. 
In the event Shake & Shuffle needs to cancel a class, we will attempt to contact all clients via email & text message who booked prior to cancellation and will return any credits to clients who booked prior to cancellation to be used by the end of the following month. In the event Shake & Shuffle cancel 'in venue' classes and resume an online-only schedule due to Government rules Terms and Conditions still apply as classes are still being offered. 

Clients and/or members must ensure that they update their account with the correct contact information. Please note there are no classes held on Bank Holidays and a reduced schedule during the holidays and quieter periods.


Class credits must be used within each month of your contract. Class credits cannot be carried over or extended.

When signing up as a Shake & Shuffle member, you join for a minimum term of 2 months, after which point you can cancel, upgrade or downgrade your membership providing we have 28 days notice (Cancellation policy: before the 2nd of the month, by emailing info@shakeandshuffle.co.uk). You must pay your full membership rate during your notice. The contract will automatically renew after 2 months. If you do not attend classes we will not be able to offer a refund for the period you have been absent. Non-attendance of classes or non-booking of classes does not constitute notice of cancellation.


Please email us at info@shakeandshuffle.co.uk should you wish to terminate your membership. 

Verbal/text message or any other form of communication will not be sufficient to amend/terminate your membership.


Shake & Shuffle reserves the right to review and change these Terms & Conditions at any time. We will give 7 days written notice of any changes.



For workshops and all other classes there are no refunds or exchanges.



All client information is treated as strictly confidential and will not be shared with third parties, without prior written consent from the client.


Covid-19 Rules

To ensure you remain safe we’ve implemented a number of procedures to maintain social distancing. Please do help to keep yourself, our staff and other clients safe by using a sensible approach to personal space.

We will adhere to the maximum number of clients per class according to government regulations and ensure the mats can be spaced out and social distance measures are met.

We ask that you come ready for class with as few personal belongings as possible.

The space will be kept clean with particular attention being paid to all high touch surfaces before and after each class. Time is being allowed between classes so equipment can be cleaned before the next class starts.

Hand sanitisation will be available upon entry to the class

We kindly ask all clients to

- Wash / sanitise hands on entry and exit

- Wipe down any equipment touched before and after use 

- Arrive ready for class 

- Wear your face covering when entering the building until you're on your mat, at which point masks can be removed. Masks to be worn at all times apart from on your mat. 

- Keep personal belongings to a minimum

- Wear grip socks if using Shake & Shuffle equipment

- Bring your own mat to classes when needed

- Observe all health and safety guidelines we have in place

- If you have any COVID-19 symptoms, please do not come to class and be sure to follow government advice
